Reply:it must be due to some website you go to or something you downloaded. The best way to clean it is to format.
Reply:You should have gotten a service contract with your new computer...call them so they can fix it...either you have a lemon or you're downloading spyware...
Reply:try microsoft.com
Reply:Open up Norton, press the update button, then when done, do a full scan.
But I think your Computer might not be as well configured as it could be. Memory, Pagefile, Start-ups etc all need checking, and the set up of all the indervidual componants to see they are all set correctly, and running ok.
Reply:I remember when I first got my grandmother's computer, it got the Sasser worm on the first day. Do a full virus scan to see what the virus is, and then do a search online for that virus. Usually the Norton Antivirus site has a manual virus removal page. Good luck!
Reply:when you restart your computer there is a restore code mine is i think f10 and that will allow you to restore your computer to another day. But before that make sure you try saving all info you want like verification code's of any game you might have bought and crap like that if any. I have done this many time to get rid of things. Good luck
Reply:get rid of norton, i had a problem that my computer wouldn't let me open programes and that was because Norton for some reason thought that opening Word was dangerous to my computer. Obviously get another anti-virus software as well
Reply:download bitdefender
it the best
Reply:If you only have it for one month, you should bring it back to the store for refund. If you think you are getting virus, have you actually scan your hard drive use Norton Virus scan software? If you find a virus, Norton maybe able to clean it for you. Regarding computer freezing up. There are a lot of reasons for a computer to freeze. For example, the power supply may not be supplying enough current to your CPU. You may have a video card that draws a lot of current, etc. It may not be a virus problem. If your computer is still under warranty, bring it back to the store.
Reply:ok this is easy go to download.com and download ad-aware, it's free.
then update.microsoft.com and get the updates for you Pc
you should be ok after that
Reply:Maybe you visited a website that had full of viruses... Try to download this anit virus from http://www.download.com its NOD 32
Reply:Update your windows from http://www.microsoft.com %26amp; use Mcafee virus cleaner %26amp; use Windows defender. You will get free Windows defender here http://www.microsoft.com . If you want to buy Mcafee then you have to visit http://www.mcafee.com . But if you cant buy it then nothing to worry go to http://us.mcafee.com/root/mfs/default.as... it will free scan your pc through strong virus scaner. If you do all of them then you have nothing to worry about virus.
Reply:Computer freezing up is not always a Virus. Run your Nortons and see if it finds anything. If it doesn't then go here and run the online scan. This is like getting a second opinion.
