2576>like trojan and other junk that u dont know about.
Reply:download the free antivirus software like avg antivirus to delete the viruses from the computer.
Reply:AVG is a good choice,I have the paid version which has a twice a day update. It also has anti spyware also. it cost me $60 for 2 years,I supplement it wth adaware free version.
Reply:Forget the posts above,

Download and install Avast! anti-virus

Its free for home users , so its free for life

and it PREVENTS the downloads in the first place so you can browse safely without EVER having a virus or trojan infect ur pc again. Ive used it for 3+ years and its much better than its comercial counterparts.

it has very simple instructions on removing computer virus and spywares.. it helped clean up mine.
Reply:You can use any of the AntiVirus (http://www.filehippo.com/software/antivi... listed, however, once a PC is infected there is no 100% gurantee that it could truly be cleaned with just Antivirus program.

If the your selected AV has completed the scan and cleanup and your PC is still slow or acting weird... more likely it has other malware that your AV cannot detect.

A safe bet - backup all your data on CD or DVD, and pull out your Restore CD/DVD and restore your PC to factory defaults. This is painful and could take a while but, hopeful that this would also wipe any malware added to your PC. This will give you a fresh start, also scan your backed up data on CD or DVD for viruses before copying them back to your PC.
Reply:I think I have something for you.

DON'T GET NORTON.NORTON TRULY SUCKS,AND IT'S OVERRATED!IT SLOWS YOUR COMPUTER DOWN,AND IT ISN'T THAT GOOD!

SuperAntiSpyware:http://www.superantispyware.com/

Ad-Aware:http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaw...

AVG:http://www.grisoft.com/doc/31/us/crp/0

Ccleaner:http://www.filehippo.com/download_cclean...

McAfee Site Advisor:http://www.siteadvisor.com/

I would also get the McAfee Site Advisor, because it warns users when downloading software or filling out forms on a web site that may make them victims of malware or spam.

These are good.Especially SuperAntiSpyware!
