Reply:rhino viruses which cause the cold can last up to 8 hours, they are tough little buggers. The flu viruses last 2 to 4 hours depending upon the surface. The best protection against catching these viruses is washing your hands and keeping them away from your face. That is how the viruses are all transmitted, hand to face.
Reply:You do realize that being in public places like toilets, showers or even pools the likelihood of germs and virus being there is great. If you can clean the surfaces with some kind of spray or medicated cloth it would help.
Germs, bacteria, and viruses is said to be attachable to things within 8 seconds so if your fast enough there is no danger. But don't bet on it.
