So I could, for example, design a virus that makes a computer do something over and over in an infinite loop, freezing up the computer. This is no fault of the computer - it's just doing what it's told. The problem is the "unhealthy" program, or the virus, which I wrote. So people create viruses. Computers just malfunction.
