First if you allready have an anti-virus, that detects the virus, but does not delete it, when you detect the virus, look at what it's named and then post it's name here(if it's jeefo, try jeefocli)

Reply:you can't you'll have to reprogram your whole computer or get a new harddrive. that happened to me once my uncle told me i had to do that. just make sure you have a back up disc with your info.
